This was absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows! The heater worked well. Great TV and internet. Breakfast was a fantastic buffet with so many choices! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location

Stayed here for a couple of days. Excellent location close to the highway but far enough back to not hear the noise
Rooms were large, clean and comfortable
Luis on reception was very friendly and helpful
Have stayed in several hotels in past visits but this will now be our go to hotel when we’re in Amarillo

Just a quick overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. The toilet leaked from the bottom so bathroom floor stayed wet and the light around mirror did not work, it flickered but never came on.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because they advertised a bar and restaurant. I was having a weekend getaway with my partner and wanted drinks in a safe place after dinner. Come to find they decided to close the restaurant. The person who checked me in did not tell me about breakfast times so by the time I got down there they were closed. Frankly the annoyance from this inconvenience makes everything else stand out. Like how the curtains in the room don't close so privacy is impossible, or how the jets in the hot tub don't work, or how the staff is basically hanging out all around the hotel. Overall it was okay. I likely won't stay here next time we're in town.

WORST

The WORST experience I’ve ever had, I booked through IHG, arrived, checked in like normal. Go to room, and to my surprise there are guests in the room. How fun waking a family at 12 to people entering their room. Go back to front desk no other rooms available and was denied a refund due to already checking in. Was told to go back the next day to deal with it after waiting 3 hours. Then had to drive 45 minutes to a different hotel(HILTON IS THE ONLY WAY TO STAY) not sorry I vale my time and got extremely upset with the incompetent staff here. Went back a total of nearly 2 hours out of my way to get my money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RAT TRAP, STAY HILTON, the extra 20$ is worth your time I assure you. Holiday staff, customer experience training would be in your best interest. Actually any training for you all would be worth your while.
