The property was amazing. However an 11pm fire sent everyone out in the snow. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. 11pm in Anchorage weather is not very pleasent, especially when you were in bed

Breakfast vouchers excellent. Arranging our room near the elevator since my husband could not walk far was excellent. The reason for the poor overall was a problem getting the room cleaned. I called st 8:45 am snd got the front desk. I asked that our room be serviced. I called again at 2:30 and asked if housekeeping was still on the premises. I asked again to have the room serviced and told them it was the second request. At 5 pm I went to the front desk and explained. She wrote the room number down and said it would be handled. We returned to the room around 7:45. Still no service. At that pint we had been in the room for 4 days and needed some trash emptied and other items. We never had out the do not disturb or privacy sign. Beyond that location and staff are goood .

We love the Lakefront and have stayed there a numbed of times.
Bed was super comfortable.
Only issues were, tv didn’t work and bath towels were very scratchy. This would not deter us from staying there, but room for improvement.

Great experience!

Great room. It was very clean. However, the drain in the sink wasn't working. The bed was awesome so very comfortable. The wonderful woman that checked me in was so welcoming! Thank you Mary C.!! I only stayed for a few hours before catching an early morning flight.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Still clean the room and provide fresh towels. Good coffee in the room. Reasonably priced. Nice views of the lake. Excellent breakfasts.
