Not up to the usual standards of Hampton Inns

Most Hampton Inns are standarized. This one is a conversion, a poor one at that. The walls are thin, so noise from other rooms is carried. I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. My waste basket overflowed and I ran out of toilet paper and then had to argue with the night clerk to get more.

Nice hotel.

Hotel is nice. We did park and stay. Disappointed in the shuttle after our flight. We had to call the hotel 3 times for shuttle pick up after our return flight. We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle. We watched several other hotel shuttles come and go 2 times during the time we waited on our shuttle. Other than that it was fine

Family trip

Had another great stay in Baltimore, when we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by Ashley from valet who helped up with our luggage and dee who was super nice. Juwan at the front desk was awesome. I really appreciated the friendliness of everyone in the hotel.

We went to Baltimore to visit the aquarium and go to an event at the convention center. This hotel was an easy walk to both places. Our room was pretty comfortable and the included breakfast was surprisingly pretty good!
