It was my first time in Baltimore and I had an amazing time there and the hotel was very clean. Although they need to clean the pool the water was foggy and it felt like sad at the bottom but my time there was very pleasant.

I would not stay here again. I couldn’t use the pool. Front staff was not kind. Continental breakfast was abysmal. Incredibly overpriced for what was delivered with this hotel.

Self check in didn’t work. Pool requires a reservation which was booked for the day by the time we arrived. We had been told my the staff days prior we could reserve a spot if we called the morning of our check in. We were denied when we attempted by a very rude reception employee who called herself Rachel. Breakfast didn’t open until 7 so we weren’t able to utilize either of the amenities we specifically booked at this location for. 0/10 don’t recommend. Will not stay here in the future. Photos are of stains/broken areas of the hotel and room we were provided.

A great Hotel in Baltimore

Hotel using a great location of Baltimore, and the hotel conditions, and room conditions are always in good/great condition. The beds, pillows and linens are always clean and comfortable. Hotel staff always are above and beyond expectations.

Not recommended for Family and folks with high expectations from Hyatt

Terrible customer service, not expected from Hyatt obviously. I was traveling with my one year old, and there was nobody to help with the luggage, worse there were no carts available. Then I specifically asked for a room with the bathtub and receptionist wasn’t sure, they said room should have it, but it didn’t. Then next morning realized AC wasn’t working followed up with out-of-stock breakfast items. Definitely will not recommend if you are traveling with Family
