ENJOYED OUR STAY. BEDDING NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT. ONE BEDROOM HAD AN OLD MATTRESS AND THE OTHER BED ONLY HAD A PAD OVER WOOD ! OUR HOUSEBOAT WAS OLDER AND NEEDED FLOOR REPAIRS. NICE PEOPLE, JIMMY HELPED WITH THE MARINA.

Very Disappointing

Sorry to say this was a very disappointing stay. We were in aqua lodge one. Ours was the only one with no water view. The deck was nice but faced the gravel parking lot and gas pumps. Couldn't sit out there due to the strong sewer smell. It was very expensive, definitely not worth the money.

Newer building. Clean place. Reasonable price. Good people to work with. Recliner wouldn't lock the leg rest, but you could still use it. Quiet area.

The property is not scenic at all. I was at least expecting a view of the docks but instead the view is of a gravel parking lot. The cabin was clean but very dated and the furniture was old and worn out. Cabin B is a duplex and although my neighbors in Cabin A were a quiet respectful couple, I could hear their conversations, their TV and their dog. The soundproofing is non existent. Seriously, it is bad. On top of that the AC was incredibly loud and rattling. The bathroom sink was cracked and the shower water temp inconsistent. Thr owner(s) are very nice but this property needs a major upgrade. Bottom line, I would never stay there again; that kind of sums it up.

Unique hotel with early communication from the owners. Definitely not a quiet location as we heard lots of loud marina-related boat noises all night. A great place to sleep with ear plugs. The shower was quite small and challenging to warm (like an RV shower). All showers were lukewarm. Also, there are very limited dining options nearby, so vacationers to the keys who are not cooking their meals on-site daily will likely be driving to Key West (30 miles away) a good deal of their time here.
