Ive stayed here quite a few times for work. Fantastic beds and pillows which is why I keep coming back. Staff is always great.

I paid a $10 incidental fee when I got there when I checked out the next morning they charged me an additional $240 for something that I did not do and then I looked back into my account this morning they went back and charged me another $250 so now my account is in the negative 277 and I have to go and dispute both charges with this room was only $116 they said that I spilled something on the floor which I did not I told them either the person that was there before me did it or the housekeeping dropped my bags because I would never and have never left a hotel room with anything less than perfect

Breakfast needs attention.

Overall, the Burlington HI Express was very good. The room was fine except for the toilet. It needs to be replaced with a taller one. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. When I checked early in the morning, there were too many empty dishes and when I went back to eat forty minutes later, thing still were not filled. Sausage gravy, biscuits, sausage, muffins were all completely out. Never saw anyone attending the food. When I checked out after eating a few potatoes I check again and everything had been filled.

Nice place to stay while visiting family.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving to visit our son in Graham,NC, and my brother in High Point,NC. Room seemed a liitle small with 1 King bed, desk,refig, and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Peggy at the front desk was very nice and assisted me in checking in , and getting the room I had requested online. Breakfast was sparse first day, but very fully stocked the second day. Good options and variety, and their signature cinnamon buns !! Room was quiet, and good parking available. Would consider return and stay next time in area for a visit.

I requested a pet friendly hotel and this was pet friendly BUT the pet fee was $50 which I believe is excessive for one dog. I would like to know the cost before booking a room.
