Fantastic option near the Charlotte Airport

We had an unexpected stay in Charlotte. Our flight out of Ft. Lauderdale was delayed 2 hours and we missed our connection. While we were enroute to Charlotte I was able to go online and reserve the hotel as I knew we would miss our connection. We caught the complimentary shuttle to the property. When I explained we didn't have all our luggage the front desk provided some essential toiletries at no cost! I normally have some in my carry on, but we were headed home, and I honestly wasn't thinking about missing a flight when we had a 2-hour connection. After checking in we had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant as well as a great breakfast the next morning before taking the shuttle back to the airport. All the staff were so friendly, the property is beautiful, and our room was spacious and clean. What could have been a stressful evening turned into a relaxing and restful one. Highly recommend this property!

Terrible airport shuttle service

Airport shuttle left at 6:27 am leaving is behind with our 6:30 reservation. Would never stay here again. They didn’t even offer to give us another ride to airport, said we had to wait for the 7 am. What a great way to start a vacation. Front desk person had misinformation stating there was another 6:30 am shuttle coming, which was not true. We wasted 30 minutes.
Other than being a clean hotel close to the airport very disappointed in our stay

Very nice comfortable hotel to rest after a long flight. Good restaurant convenient for dinner and breakfast too.

Nice and clean hotel. Nice lobby and loved the store as we arrived late and needed some snacks. Hotel shuttle for pick up and delivery was on time and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfy.
