The hotel is meant for people who are comfortable with technology and do not mind having an average space.Technology was a major focal points in the room decor. A tablet controls everything from the lighting up until the television. The restroom gets the job done. The best part of the hotel is the staff. I did not encounter one staff member that had an unpleasant demeanor or condescending attitude. They were willing to make phone calls and provide assistance without thinking about it. Custodial staff did their job and went beyond. Anything you request or inquire will be answered. My only negative is the trash bin. Trash bin are way too small and cannot handle a normal day trash. Room service does occur daily but you might accumulate trash as you after they cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

As I checked into my room, there were dirty towels in my room, the towels in the bathroom were dirty but folded as if they are fresh ones.
One of the worst stays in a hotel in three decades of my traveling experiences.

I loveddd it here. I had an amazing view, the interior design was off the hook, it was close to everything i needed. It smelled good inside and everything was clean. 10/10 deff coming back for sure.

I loved my stay here. The design of the room was great. Would perhaps be slightly cramped for two people but perfect for one person or a couple (that really loves each other 😂). Great location being so close to downtown. Close walking distance from Millenium station if you take the train into the city like me. Of course very close to the subway and bus for local travel. Loved having the iPad that controls everything. Will def be back.
