Desk lady was great. Clean place and quiet. Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel! Will most definitely recommend and visit again myself over the summer.

The toilet was clogged couldn’t use the bathroom the aid brought a plunger but was told we had to plunge it !! Unacceptable

Was a nice place to stay near Charlotte. Only took about 20 minutes to get downtown. Staff was excellent and lots of restaurants near by.

Huge Disappointment!

Such a disappointment!
This is the fifth (and last) time staying at this hotel. I don't even know where to start.
The microwave was not working, so we asked to have it replaced. We asked on a Wednesday, and by check out on Friday, it had not been replaced, so we had no use of a microwave.
The sink in the area near the refrigerator did not drain. The outlet in the bathroom vanity area did not work, so it was difficult to dry our hair. The hair dryer was so dirty and sticky that it was hard to use anyway. One outlet at the nightstand didn't work. In the bathroom sink, the hot and cold water lines were installed incorrectly, which could cause scalding, especially for a child. In the lobby, the coffee was cold. We would have heated it in our microwave, but, oh yeah, it didn't work! The packaged creamer in the room was so old that it was one solid clump. The tissues were the institutional kind that were like sandpaper. There was no clock in the room. When we brought these problems to the attention of the person at the front desk, she said, "Sorry for your inconvenience." I was told that the manager would call me to discuss the issues. She never called. I would expect these types of problems at an economy motel, but not at a hotel in the Marriott chain. What a disgrace! Then they had the nerve to ask me to join their Marriott Bonvoy program! No thanks, I'll keep my Honors program at a decent hotel. I can hardly wait for their generic response to this review. What a dump!!!

Got up at 3pm do go sit in the common space at the entrance because I couldn’t sleep. There were 2 bodies covered with large jackets sitting upright in seats. Ash feet poking out and all. Didn’t feel safe so I went to the gym, where of course where wasn’t a soul. I forgot my laptop at home and needed romances the computer, but your back was turned to the main area and just felt like in that area someone would walk up behind you and slit your throat.
