It was an older hotel and it does need some updating. But it was so clean and it smelled super good when you walk in. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Already booked my next stay with them.

Mardi Gras Hotel Stay

The front desk staff were helpful and engaging. The room was comfortable. Only three minor issues: The curtains did not reach the air conditioner unit, so I woke up to bright sunshine. (should have put a towel on the AC unit to block out the sun). In elevator number 1, I saw something white dripping down the wall. It looked yucky. The shower facucet was backwards - rather than turning the knob to HOT for hot water you had to turn to cold for hot water. Thankfully, my husband figured that out as I kept the water running, hoping it would eventually heat up. BUT the beds were comfortable; staff helpful and kind. So my score should be a 4.75.

The location was perfect for a class I took. The only issue I had with my room was the bathtub was not as clean as I would have liked. For some reason, most hotels do not scrub the tub. There was mold around the soap dish that needed scrubbing. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Great experience!

We stayed here last minute (on our way to New Orleans) during the snowstorm of mid-January 2025. It was a very stressful time for us and everything was great. Madisen was extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this location!

Great customer service

Kayla C. was very nice and welcoming when you walked into the lobby. She made sure i had everything i needed and spoke everytime she saw someone!! The majority of the staff I saw was very nice as well. The hotel as a whole is nice and I would visit again.
