Excelente atención de Melisa

Excellent service from Melissa. A great place with amazing food. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and despite the time, we were welcomed with a smile and outstanding service. The atmosphere is cozy and suitable for everyone. Definitely a 100% recommended place!

Excelente Experiencia

I called from Las Vegas airport at night, looking for accommodation for the next day with a difficult schedule—arriving in Chicago at 6 AM and leaving after noon. Melisa was incredibly kind and empathetic, helping us over the phone with a reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, we met Melisa, who assisted us with the check-in. Melisa, you are amazing! Melisa received us with a very warm welcome, she definitely solved our night in a few minutes. 100% recommended.
If it was not because Melisa answer the phone we would have no place to spend the night after a long flight.

This Holiday Inn is a solid airport hotel. Clean, fresh, up-to-date, eco-conscious, which a friendly, knowledgable staff. It shares a parking lot with a gas station for a quick fill-up before returning a rental car, as well as a couple of restaurants. After a long day on the road, I enjoyed a safe 3min walk to a Panera Bread. Easy, breezy.
