Horrible customer service and dirty rooms
Arrived on Jan 1, 2025 at 3: 45 pm. Cassara was rude and refused to check us in 15 min early. She advised us to return after 4 pm. I requested if she could place us on the ground floor in the back of the property, she said she would keep it in mind. I returned at 430 and Cassara placed us on the front of the property and top floor. She provide the family in front of us a ground floor. When I asked why she was unable to fulfill our request she just lied that she never had any. Cassara had an issue with us from the moment we arrived and her goal was to make our life's miserable. She provided us with rm 222 the soap dispensers were empty, carpet dirty and torn. Furniture old and dirty. Main bedroom shower did not turn on. Hotel management needs to look into this

Overpriced and more….
Quite a challenge for departure.
Worst was no snow removal in front of building 15 which created an icy nasty mess to walk through.
