Another great stay but is the breakfast free or not???

Thanks again for a comfortable and safe overnight stay. It was cold outside but inside it was comfortably cozy. Also appreciated are the bar service available in-house after a long drive and the Starbucks coffee in the morning.
One caution, however, is that at check-in we were told that we would need to pay $8 each for breakfast which was reversed because of my husband's Hyatt status but note that the info on the website states free breakfast. So, somebody needs to clarify this.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a survey regarding your stay with us. Our breakfast pilot program started in September. Hyatt Corporate launched this pilot program, and we were selected as a pilot hotel to promote the program. More breakfast items were added to the breakfast and even though it is an 8.00 charge, we really just want the guest feedback.

Perfect stay close to Ft Worth. Located in a great area.

Located in a great area. Great food and shopping near by. Off the highway, so very quiet. Staff was very welcoming after a long day's drive. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Beds were firm and comfy. A very clean and comfortable stay! Nice area for your dogs (will bring them next time).

Stay Here

The location is perfect. It’s minutes from Downtown Fort Worth and lots of shopping and entertainment. I stayed with my family, the rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. The price point per night is also great for such a new and clean hotel.

Safe space in winter storm

I am first responder that had to work during the recent winter storm. The team was able to provide a special rate for us and with everything closed, the staff who themselves were on property did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to Jazmin and Sylvia who attended to us in the evening. We had a great time!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good options for breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I was given the room option I requested. The only negative I had was the digital key was not working. A quick stop at the front desk to retrieve the key cards and I was on my way to my room. The hotel menu for food options was limited, but quite tasty and the breakfast was self-serve and had enough options to satisfy most people's needs.
