Good experience

Staying here while working. The room is good and clean, public areas are clean and well kept. The place is quiet and fellow guests are friendly. The staff is very nice and always a pleasure to stop and chat with when there is time. Miss Valerie is the mgr and she is incredible. Always willing to help and is so nice. They make it feel like a second home.

The pictures were NOTHING like what I had to walk into! While it seemed clean due to the smell of bleach it was indeed a poor sight to see! It didn’t look welcoming from the very moment I entered the building, to the elevator, through the hall, and entering the room where you could view all the flaws as soon as the door opened! No blanket! Some kind of substance on the ceiling and walls. I did not complete the stay!

I was only inside the property for 20 minutes, and that was enough for me to leave. First of all, the treatment at the reception was not good, but I had to give my room a chance. Big mistake! On the way to the room we found dirty hallways, the elevator had a very unpleasant smell, supposedly you couldn't smoke or use a vape, but the stench of marijuana was horrible. In the room, the sheets were dirty, the toilet didn't work, the cabinets were broken, they had never cleaned that, not to mention the bad smell, I could only bear it for 20 minutes until I left!

NOT A GOOD STAY

I am not sure who checked us in, but she was not very welcoming. Our room had NO door bolt (concerning for a hotel?) we found a German roach, I tried to kill it but it ran into the hallway under the door. We booked a queen bed, and they gave us a double bed instead, they offered no kind of solution. And on our last day, they barged into our room (without even knocking) while we were STILL SLEEPING and hour before check out.
Also, both nights it sounded like a STAMPEDE was running above us, from midnight to about 6 AM.

The Best experience I’ve ever had

I’ve been living here at the Woodspring Suites, Savannah Georgia, since March 20 24.for Miss Valerie the GM of the Woodspring Suites in Garden city Georgia is the most adorable person you have could ever met. She is loving,as well as caring for her residents. She is just amazing her spirit her energy is everything you guys need to have more of her in the company. Miss Valerie of the Woodspring Suites in Garden City deserves major kudos.
