Healdsburg gem

While visiting Healdsburg has become pricey and often crowded, the H2 hotel is still a very attractive and reasonable choice. Infudtrial Industrial I its vibe, staff is friendly , rooms clean and spacious. The dining options are strong and the breakfast offering is particularly pleasant.

H2 Hotel - find somewhere else to stay

The rooms are nice and the hotel is well located in downtown Healdsburg. However, ordering food here is atrociously slow. It takes 20 minutes to get bagels and scrambled eggs. In addition when we checked in, despite the fact we had prepaid for our stay through booking, they were charging us $275 per night for incidentals. Turns out the staff is poorly trained and billed us incorrectly. Nobody apologized. Nobody made us feel welcome. It seemed like it was our fault. Find another hotel to stay at in Healdsburg.

Good ambiance but service is a hit & miss

Interior of the hotel and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. I had a room on the main street, hence there was some road noise, but still it was fine. Service is a hit and miss however. One lady at the front desk was very helpful, but it was not a very pleasant experience with others. Better front desk service will make a big difference.

Annual Friends Weekend

I would not eat at the Spoonbar. New chef and food was a disappointment. Many good restaurants in Healdsburg.

Winter Getaway

Very nice property. Well trained staff. The Spoonbar exceeded our expectations for dinner. Great location.
