Welcoming, clean, comfortable, affordable

Great Place – Affordable, Clean and Comfortable!
I want to report that I had an excellent stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Everything went smoothly during check-in and check-out. I was in for a surprise once I arrived, the staff were very nice and welcoming, I felt really welcome there.
The room was immaculate, featuring well-appointed linens and a cozy bed that allowed for a sound night’s sleep. Even this low budget option was a great hotel, decent free WiFi, we had a fridge in our room and the bathroom was clean with hot water and good water pressure.
That motel had one of the best things going for it: The location. It was even located near the freeway, Walmart is also near, and it is also near downtown.
On the whole, I would definitely recommend Americas Best Value Inn & Suites if you want somewhere that is clean, comfortable and affordable. It was more than I expected, I will certainly book again!

Terrible!

Worst customer service experience! Avoid Bookings.com as well! My daughter was forced to cancel her reservation due to her vehicle breaking down and leaving her stranded in another town. Every attempt to cancel was disregarded and her card was charged full price as a no show... Even thought several calls were placed to explain the situation and cancel the reservation. The customer service was horrendous!! People she spoke to were rude and dismissive, the hotel refused to respond to any of the requests to negotiate the cancellation or procure a refund. The booking company denies an responsibly to their failure to handle the cancellation or cover the agreed cancellation fees. All attempts to contact the hotel have been ignored. In addition to lousy hotel accommodations and multiple appropriately bad reviews...I would concur that people should steer clear of this establishment and make their reservations through any other company than Bookings.com

WHEN I FIRST checked in&THEY put me in 226 upstairs I had requested a disability room downstairs because of my CONCUSSION, THAT was the FIRST issue?2nd I then I get up to the room&there's no remote for the TV😢 then I go to walk in the bathroom and the stuff had been moved around and use I immediately went down to the front desk also asked if I could have a remote and let them know that the stuff in the bathroom had been moved around and stuff so they moved me to room 229 I get into this room and underneath my bed is empty Coors light 3beer cans? No phone?Then to 🔝 it off the TV won't turn on it wasnt plugged unplugged and I could barely get the plug to stay in so the TV would stay on&top it off you're SUPPOSED, it SAYS on the sites that they have a continental BREAKFAST? Extras ETC& so on for TV stations&options, well that's not the TRUTH no room at 229 I was just saying only had six available stations the whole three days I stayed here I was here 3 days from Thursday through Sunday& I'm VIP
I ACTUALLY LIKE2STAY HERE!?😢It's been about give or take 3 years SINCE I've stayed here tho?I usually come and get a room so I just have some peace and quiet and I can do my own thing in town I live out in East Helena I LIVE IN Town SO it's not like I NEEDED the ROOM, ANYWAYS when I checked in the FRONT desk younger ♂️ was PRETTY very rudeness, HONESTLY😢Thankfully there's One housekeeper LITERALLY 1?🙏 Hey NAME is April&she was ABSOLUTELY 💯🙏 amazingly HELPFUL& apologetically 4 ALL

Was traveling with pets and needed a room with parking in front of the room so booked here. Room was (maybe) just returned to service and not quite finished? No hot water, no towels, room poorly cleaned. . Older property in need of refresh.

There is nothing good to see or say about this place rooms with black mold on shower heads the front staff had no idea what they were doing amd the guy up front was rude and spoke little to no english and we could barely have any communication
