Exceptional service

Great stay! Super comfortable bed with high quality linens, very clean rooms, very nice restaurants, great staff, and superb shuttle service to and from MD Anderson. Driver José was exceptional: punctual, helpful, and always a smile and kind words for us.

The reason for the low rating was due to not getting the room type that I originally booked for because they overbooked. I have booked for a 2-bedroom suite but upon checking in, they told me that they no longer have the room type so they downgraded me and my family to a suite with two queen beds. I understand it is still a nice room but I didn’t get the refund from booking a pricier room. The front desk told me to contact hotel.com as the reservation was not booked directly from the hotel. I find this situation unfair and unreasonable. The hotel.com did contact the hotel and they received no response in seeking compensation. The hotel room was nice but I was disappointed in the experience.

Treat Yourself To A Stay At The Blossom

First time staying here and will definitely not be the last. The hotel is a showplace from top to bottom. We had dinner in restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. The 13th floor has a rooftop bar and pool..and great view of the Houston skyline.
The front desk staff was most helpful and accommodating. If you have the opportunity to meet Pertrese or Sakura when checking in, know that these two ladies defined, for me, the meaning of real customer service. I will not forget the kindness extend to me during my stay.
