Great stay. We chose this place for its proximity to the Thompson-Boling Arena. It was really close and we were able to walk to and from the Arena without any safety concerns. Staff was friendly and personable.

Best hotel in Knoxville!

Best staff! Best breakfast! Best rooms! Anytime we’re in Knoxville we will be back. Their parking is $25 a day but so worth it. Also great snacks and drinks in the suite shop. Small pool but it met our needs. My kids love this place!! Staff is so kind!

Clean, spacious suite and very good guest services. Would recommend salting or treating garage floor ramp when it snows or is icy.

Everything great except wasn’t expecting to be required to pay $25 per day to park AT THE HOTEL

Gal at front desk was exceptionally friendly & helpful at check in. Breakfast was great. Fire alarm at 5 AM was upsetting out of a sound sleep. The outside noise heard all night from sixth floor was shocking. $25 additional to park seems excessive. One nights' stay cost us $286- ouch.
