Perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay will traveling home. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot! Bed were comfortable and everything was clean.

Nice on outside

Ok - I travel A LOT - I picked this location because it look like my two service dogs might like it (they did not, so many weeds). I always request I accommodating room (they are usually on the bottom floor - in my notes I say I want by side door. I get there told the room is on the second floor- ok new to me (was told all rooms were booked 1st come 1st serve no matter what) I get in the room after a very long drive, I see the wallpaper coming up, baseboard missing but what is worse ants in the bathroom. I call to see what management will do ( they do not call me back). I call again this time I was told that the manager agreed to more me to the first floor. I go to get my new room key - the person at deck stole me the room was on the 4th floor I verbally informed them what the manager said. Finally, got a room on 1st floor - there are cosmetic issues in this room but what is worse the A/C is making a noise ( I did not report, I did not want to move again). My job needed me to stay another night so I called let them know - was supposed to get a certain rate …… nope. The people working the desk did not act like they believed me, no coffee maker, hardly any place to put your stuff, A/C acting up, bed worn out.

Served the purpose, would try another Tru location, just not this one

Just stopped for 1 night on the way back from a trip. Check in was easy at the front desk. Visually the room was clean, but there was a strange order like dirty gym socks or something. We were only there for 1 night, we sprayed some bath and body works spray throughout the room and it took care of the funky gym sock smell.
I have traveled exclusively for work for years and never complain about beds as you can't please everyone, but honestly 1 of the worst. felt like a 4 inch mattress topper tossed on the ground or something.
the the "pillows" defiantly the worst every. If you have ever tried to ball up a sweatshirt or something to use as a pillow, that's what they were like.
I know Tru is Hilton's budget brand, but all we really needed was a quick good night sleep and shower, didn't even plan on being in room for 12 hrs, thats why I booked this. We we cut our stay even shorter since we couldn't sleep we got up and left at 4 am vs. 7am and got on the road. Kids slept in the car better

Disgusting

Room was disgusting with pubic hair and body fluid all over the bed. Bathroom had a broken shelf hanging off the wall and dirt all over the wall. We have stayed here many times and never seen these conditions. The attendant did not care, handed us a sheet to put over it. We left and went next door to Aloft. Aloft was very clean and excellent service, highly recommend.

They have a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a good selection of types of foods. Plus they have a yogurt machine which is very nice.
Negatives are they will give you an extra blanket but it looks like a mattress pad not a real blanket. Very nice walk in shower.
No microwave in the room. Refrig is nice but you can not set the temperature in it so everything was frozen by the next morning.
Being as close to the interstate you really did not hear the traffic and I was on one of the front rooms.
