Stay was good the only thing is the wall HVAC unit did not work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. When leaving at the desk the person their was busy watching something on her phone and did not look up at me for over 2 minutes.

Great experience

Great experience. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hot breakfast with eggs and bacon. The parking was free even though it's a downtown hotel. We were on the sixth floor with a beautiful view of the city. They did housekeeping every day, not just at checkin and checkout.

Heads up, this place had bed bugs or cockroaches, got bit everywhere on body and carried to my apartment. Needed thorough cleaning.

Business trip a couple of nights

Hotel was clean. Only one elevator works so plan to wait. The ice machine on 2 was broken so you can only get ice on floors 4 or 6. That was not convenient everyday. Check in was easy and the front desk was nice. The lobby stayed full of people the entire stay. And being on floor 2 there is a big wide open sitting area that opens to the lobby. So in order to sleep I had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise from the lobby. I had to be to a trade show early each morning. And with all the doors shutting late at night I am guessing a lot of the lobby people stayed on my floor. Breakfast was okay. Waffles, a flat well done egg on a circle, sausage, fruit, and breads. Oh cereal too. I am use to a nice hot breakfast but this was fine and the lady kept it spotless.
