This is somewhat trivial, but I feel the need to share it. While working in my room, my pen ran out of ink. I discovered that rooms appear to no longer have a pen and a small pad of paper. I rarely need these items, but when I do need them...I need them.
The front desk had a pen to offer, but the clerk seemed a bit bewildered by my request. Sheesh...am I that old?

The hot tub was soooo cold. And while the front desk person was amazing. It was freezing and I don’t think she was able to do anything about it. At our previous stay the hot tub was great. So that was disappointing. But everything else was great. (Beds not very comfortable. But it is what it is.

There was a large adult/ children pool party going on that took up the whole pool area, hot tub and pool with non paying guests. Which made it difficult for paying guests to use.

Really great, welcoming staff at reception. Everything was perfect and great communication. Also very satisfying breakfast in the morning. Amenities top-notch. Very happy

We got a corner room that was very spacious and very clean. The view was amazing. The only thing I would change about it would be to add a table and maybe some extra seating since there was so much space unused in the room. The service was absolutely wonderful. The front desk was very friendly and they were able to check us in and have a key ready even though we arrived at four in the morning and the lady was super nice about accommodating us. It was amazing.
