I would stay here again!

Pretty cool hotel! The rooftop is EVERYTHING! Omg! So beautiful! Sutton on RHOBH had her fashion show there! First of all, it smells so good inside! The staff are nice. Great location and fast valet car service. I recommended only drinking at the restaurant because there are much better food options in the neighborhood. I would stay here again!

The 5 finger discount express!

Positives
- very clean rooms
- SOME staff are helpful
- great location
Negatives
- if your tip doesn’t go through, they’ll try any amount and if the 6 further attempts don’t go through they’ll block your credit card (not the one we authorised for the deposit, this is the restaurant). When you try to get some help and clarification they don’t want to know and will say it’s protocol to try different unauthorised amounts to get a tip.
- the cleaners love a 5 finger discount! I had bought myself a box of perfumes, came back to the hotel after room cleaning and they had gone. I searched high and low and never found them.
- it’s like a green house, very hot and the AC struggles
- water pressure is poor.
- most of the staff are rude.

Nice but just ok

Upon arrival, my husband and I were met with the sound of jazz from the bar/restaurant in the lobby. People were dressed in their best looks. The hotel is a lot fancier than my husband and I are used to, so we felt underdressed lol. We had high hopes because the last place we stayed was a complete hole in the wall. We got a corner room on the second floor, the windows were huge and took up most of the outside walls even in the bathroom (make sure you close the blinds before undressing because you can be seen from the street.) The bed was comfy enough with down pillows and cover, but we had the worst time trying to sleep because we could hear the club all the way from the top. The music was loud and thumping for hours and hours. So other than the loud music and the shower it was a good stay.

5/5 for a weeekend in Hollywood

5/5 very clean hotel, easy to check in and check out. Room had everything it needed and was super tidy, stocked everywhere. Great location walking distance from the walk of fame but just far away enough to not hear any noise. Would definitely recommend and come back anytime.
