The property was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also very clean. Thankfully, at least one hotel exists that still has a hot tub.
One problem. The room is listed as sleeping five people on Hotels.com. However, there are only two queen beds and a sitting chair in the room. They do not offer trundles and there was no pull out couch. Not sure how this sleeps five people. It appears that the management at the property is aware of this problem, but unsure of how to resolve it. If you have five people, this will not work unless you bring your own blowup mattress. That was a frustration as one of our children ended up sleeping on the floor.

Consistently the best

Ive stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have never been disappointed. It is my ‘go to’ place to stay. It is clean and coming from a clean freak like me says a lot! The lady who checked us in was very busy with several phone calls going on, but she still took the time to put people briefly on hold to quickly check my group in.

Redemption from two particular staff members.

Would give a 4 because Hotel room was nice but ran out of supplies and front desk forgot to send them up (coffee cups, Kleenex) and one of lights burned out, BUT gave a 5 because Luz and night host (I wish I knew his name) were terrific! Helped me get my earrings out of the sink—super accommodating and went out of their way to help.

Great stay, however we booked it because of the pool…well it was ice cold and the whirlpool was filthy. Disappointed in that.
