Great experience

Couldn’t ask for any better, loved it 100% excellent service , every detail delivered a home like message and a pleasant atmosphere , the receptionist showed us the room first then the housekeeping staff seem happy and loving to do their job.

Very clean, staff was wonderful. Showers and bed were great. Breakfast was ok, coffee a bit watery. Hallways and hotel were nice and bright. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel

The staff is wonderful. The manager always makes my wife and I feel welcomed.
The hotel is spotless and the staff is friendly and professional. The free breakfast is good and always stocked.
It's our home away from home.
We stay at this property about 10 times a year and will be back again very soon.

Look elsewhere until they train their staff

We are totally disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Since checking in there has been banging and noise from above.m our room. The lady at the front desk said she was sorry but it was a child with special needs having a hard time. At that point we should have been changed to a different room. While I sympathize with a parent struggling with a child with special needs it’s up to the hotel to look after its customers happiness. The next morning the same again we were woke with the banging and noise. We again complained. So no rest for us. We complained when we came downstairs and when we got back we were changed to a different room. You would’ve thought great right???? Wrong the tv didn’t work and I called 3 times and they kept telling me it would be fixed. But no one came for two hours. When all I wanted to do was relax for the evening in my new room. The two times I went down to the front desk becasue no one was picking up the young girl was on her personal cell phone just sat not answering the front desk phone. She had very little urgency in helping.
This is not the service I expect from a Marriott property. Very very disappointing. Maybe extra training is needed.

The children in the hotel for the soccer event, the room above the guest is beyond our control, we do reach out with the concern, that you were unable to be moved the first night as we did not have a room to transfer you to or we would have done so for your convenience. I am sorry that the Netflix part of the TV was not working, after troubleshooting our AGM personally came to assist with the issue. I thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, I know that when leaving my AGM met with you to ensure all was addressed before leaving. We take all concerns seriously and strive to give each guest great service, I am sorry this was not your experience or impression. If ever in the area again please feel free to contact me or my AGM and we would be glad to assist you and ensure a great stay.

Avoid if you need reliable internet.

Avoid this hotel if you are traveling on business. The internet can best be described as intermittent/unreliable. The front desk said it happened frequently, "Must be the rain".
If your business travel requires reliable internet, this is NOT the hotel for you. BE WARNED !!

I know that traveling for business is very important, and for that, I personally apologize. Thank you for pointing out the positives as well in your review regarding our staff both front desk and housekeeping, we do strive hard to give each guest a great stay but sometimes beyond our control things do happen and we do our best to accommodate.
