Excellent service, extremely clean and spacious

Excellent service! The staff was extremely accommodating and informative. They were happily able to accommodate our early check in request and answered numerous questions regarding parking and travel within the city. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We were there for an event so they extended the breakfast hours on both ends of the time allocated to allow for all guests to enjoy the free breakfast with our stay. The rooms and hotel common areas were extremely clean. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay already stocked upon our arrival. A friend we were traveling with assumed they had been upgraded because their room was so lovely; it was their standard room! I highly recommend this hotel.

We travel for volleyball tournaments room was clean very nice view we have all we need breakfast was ok I prefer more healthy choices like turkey sausages eggs whites .

I was upgraded to a room with a kitchen. Very nice, and quiet for sleeping.
My only suggestion would be to have heated light in the bathroom (for shower)

Very nice. Very good location for downtown functions. They also host an American Volkssport walk box for people that like to have a map and walk directions in the downtown area and along Lake Michigan. (AVA.org for more info.)

Overall, we had a decent stay, but it is an older hotel. The room was spacious but the furnishings were basic and could have used upgrading and better decor. Its conveniently located to get to the Bucks and the restaurants downtown, and we were pleasantly surprised that this part of Milwaukee is clean and safe.
