Almost Heaven, Morehead City

Stayed on the top floor of this hotel; it was "heavenly"... incredible view, bed was comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the hotel is very clean. BASK is in walking distance to great food, entertainment, downtown waterfront Morehead City. We had a warm welcome by Kent at check-in, who handed us a lovely rose for my wife and chocolates, (Valentine's week-end) There is such a personal charm to this hotel. The "piece de resistance" was especially unexpected to be served breakfast delivered right to the room, with a simple yet choicefully adequate menu. Thank you, Shannon!!!

Shannon was so friendly when we checked in and when we saw the room, we decided that we should stay another night and Shannon made our transition smooth (we had to move rooms the next day due to the one we were in being sold out). Both rooms, although slightly different, were amazing! The breakfast service is great and it was delivered to our room right at the exact time we requested (they give a 1 hour window).
The room was so impressive and the views were beautiful. 💜
This is by-far the best place we’ve ever stayed and the price was unbelievable!
