I'm a former NY'er visiting for the weekend and I think I found my new home away from home when I come to visit the city! Great access to sneak into midtown Manhattan and back. Loved that I was able to find a hotel with a free parking lot that had enough spaces for guests to park.

I booked this hotel because our original flight was to laguardia. Our flight got switched to jfk and after traveling from europe and getting through customs we had a $90 taxi and over 1.5 hours in traffic to get to the hotel. None of that is obviously on the hotel. When we checked in the staff was so friendly! Our room keys didnt work and after making 2 trips to the lobby they had to reset the lock. Other than that minor hiccup the hotel is very clean, very friendly and i would absolutely stay there again if i was needing a hotel near laguardia.

Visiting family. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was there was a “fragrance” in the room. Don’t think it was fabric softener. Maybe a spray or something used when vacuuming?
It was overwhelming the first night and gave me a headache. Very strong. After the first night, I had the window opened.

A decent stay with a great breakfast

I would give this hotel a four out of five review. My room was clean . The breakfast bar to me was above average because they provided a hot breakfast every morning with a variety of choices from fresh hot oatmeal to pancakes toes eggs bacon sausage Cold cereal fruit yogurt boiled eggs coffee tea milk etc. The hot water could be better as sometimes it was barely warm then the heat in my room had to be checked out but they got it working. The only one thing that is negative about this review which wasn't too bad is the fact that there were strange people who smoked marijuana in front of the hotel and it had a strong odor. They did not bother us but I am not a smoker. Other than that it was fine. Right next door to a McDonald's and a Chinese restaurant and across the street from a smashburger at Chipotle in home Depot. Not too much further there is a couple of bus stops that you could walk to to get to a bus or the subway. If I'm in this location I will come back again and stay here. Due to the fact that it is very close to the LaGuardia Airport. The area is mainly a industrial area but it's not too far from a mall or two and it's directly off of the main highway

Young lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming- i appreciate when my “special request” is taken in consideration , which she did.
The hotel is very comfortable.. the pillows are yummy (they should sell them!)
* a sign on the 1st floor for quiet hours 10pm-9am would help.*
not all people have the social awareness for that… it would help.
Parking is very practical and e-vehicle charger works very well!
