We loved the hotel we do plan to go back in June with a bigger crowd.
The only down fall I wish we were notified of the elevator being down. I have a broke foot and I had to go up to the 4th floor, very inconvenient.

The front desk clerk was amazing, the room however was not, we didn't complain, because there were no other rooms around that area due to a concert.

We came into town for a concert with family, and were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The front desk did their best to work with what they were left with by the manager, but the rooms were overbooked, a packed lobby of people waiting, not to mention a broken elevator that we later found out had been broken over a month. We were on the 4th floor with multiple bags, and my mom was injured in a scooter. We had to convince them to get my mother a 1st floor room, not to mention the hotel itself was dirty and smelt awful. Would not recommend staying here!

The front desk worker deserves a raise. She put up with a coworker not showing up for her shift to work more hours than she was scheduled for to help a long lone of people that came in. She was professional the entire time and pleasant to the guests she assisted. The room was clean and had the necessities. I was surprised by the kitchenette and regulation size fridge in the room. It was not used but was still a pleasant surprise. The elevator was not operational, so i had to use the stairs to & from my room on the 4th floor. The breakfast, tho grab & go, was small & uninspired

Stay was okay. The bed was not very comfortable and the elevator was out of service. Worst thing was outdoor trash bins were overflowing
