Kind and friendly staff

Very friendly service and enjoyed our stay while a family member had surgery, despite the hot water being out. Thank you for meeting the needs of my elderly family members!
I personally, slept on the fold out couch thinking it would likely be an uncomfortable night. I was pleasantly surprised to be very comfortable both nights we stayed!

Entrance check in area looks nice. Then you get to the halls and in disrepair. Room clean. Put our deadbolt on then in morning took us 10 minutes to unlock it. Not safe if a fire!!

The staff was short and sarcastic. The rooms were dirty. My hotel room literally had a broken toliet seat and no toilet paper. Overall, just a sad experience. I am really sad.

Room booked was not available, first room they put us in had no running water
Second room one bed was not clean but we made do and used that one as a bag storage

theives

they charged me a $50 incidental fee that takes days to be credited back THEIVES i spend 100 nights a year in motels and this is only the second place to try ang do this and after this fee i will never go back this is a poor way to do business you shouldnt drive away your guests
