We were looking for a low-priced hotel near the Paycom, and came across this one. It was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, everything looked new, the bed was comfortable. We had no outside noise and slept very well. Bathroom was clean and shower head had good pressure. There was a good variety of breakfast options. Check in and check out were fast and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

I only stayed for one night. It is unfortunate that the hotel was not cleaner. the hallways, carpeting, and overall condition of the hotel made me think it was an old rundown hotel, when in fact it is new construction. A sticker in the room stated it was "cleaned with hospital grade cleaning products". Door handles, mirrors, etc. were not clean at all. I would not suggest staying here unless all other options in the city are booked.

Pretty Happy with booking

I booked a week here to assist my special needs son. He didn't need my help so I was "stuck" here alone. As a native NYCer, I never knew OK was cold/icy. I make stuff work, so I hung out with my laptop (free wifi). and TV. The rooms were clean. They maintain well. Great fitness center. Free breakfast very popular with guests. Hotel was full, yet fairly quiet. In light of fact I had to spend the week here alone, it was quite comfortable. Good value.
Front desk was very pleasant. I love the young energy they bring. These young people are naturally suited to hospitality industry. My heater malfunctioned Saturday evening. It was 25 degrees out, but Sarah at the front desk single handedly resolved the issue. That BLEW ME AWAY. It was a miraculous save. I am IMPRESSED.

Very comfortable good location. Watch out for the breakfast lady. Female Basil faulty, very strict but with no reason to be. Don’t be after 8am for food.

Pros-
Easy to find off Reno, across from Country Inn Suites,and a new hotel is being built right in front of it; very quiet, safe, clean, beds very comfortable
Friendly check-in and $10 late check out at 12 noon. Has elevators, shared parking with other hotels.
Cons-Door keys didn't work 2nd evening and had to go around to the front side. No issues with my account it was fully paid. Little inconvenience when it's really cold out.
No ice machine on first floor not even the lobby breakfast area. Had to go to 3rd or 4th floor just to get ice. Didn't have any wash cloths in, although room was very clean. Shower gets warm not too hot.
