Hampton Inn Fan-Girl

I LOVE Hampton Inn. It is the only hotel I stay if available. The beds and the breakfast are always my favorite. It is incredibly consistent and I've never had a bad experience, and I've traveled cross country, only staying in towns with a Hampton Inn. I've actually never stayed overnight at the one in Pittsboro, but I work next door, I am SOOOO happy they are here now (Pittsboro needed a hotel badly). However, I meet colleagues over there when they are in town from Virginia. To my surprise, I also found the Pittsboro Hampton supports local artists and my favorite potter, Mark Hewitt, was on display!! Mark isn't on display, lol, but his beautiful vases and other pottery are! Desk staff is always helpful and friendly! I highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Hotel and equally wonderful staff

I stayed at the new Hampton Inn at Pittsboro, NC. and found it to be beautiful with wonderful clean and excellent surroundings. The staff that I dealt with was amazing and super helpful. In particular; Reagan, Whitney, Rosa and their maintenance man. I had a TV remote problem and they worked painstakingly to resolve it leaving no stone unturned in order to fix it. The staff were dilligent and friendly with a can do approach in resolving the issue. I have never seen such an across the board professional and friendly staff... they treated me wonderfully throughout the stay.

THIS HOTEL IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
We have booked 2 rooms at this hotel from the 17th of September till the 23rd 2024 for a Family Wedding from the UK . Hilton have taken our money and as we booked a non refundable they wont refund even though the hotel is not ready and they haven't even contacted us. Hilton want me to call the front desk of the hotel, which will cost me. Their customer service is DISGRACFUL. I would NOT recommend any Hilton. They haven't even replied to the Groom, who is chasing them up.
HILTON Please Photo, Clearly states open from 26th of September 2024. This is the week after we are supposed to be staying.

Unfortunately, there were delays in construction that we did not foresee, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please know we were in constant communication with the groom and appreciated the couples gracious understanding.
After searching our system we don't see that you were ever charged. We don't have any non-refundable reservations in our system over those dates. Please reach out at the number below if you have further information.

Worst Customer Service!

I have not stayed at this hotel yet, and now I never will, due to the terrible customer service I’ve experienced from the two individuals listed below. Over the last three weeks, my family and I have repeatedly tried to contact both of them, but they have not been helpful and have failed to respond to our emails.
This issue began while I was planning a wedding in Pittsboro, NC, and requested a room block at the new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro. They initially agreed to provide a room block for our guests, but after several months, the block was still not set up correctly, as the weekend was blocked off for guests trying to book. We later found out that the hotel would not be open until after our wedding date of October 5, 2024, which made no sense since they had supposedly given us a block for that specific weekend. This situation is particularly problematic because some of our guests have already booked rooms at this location... The hotel then offered to provide a room block at another hotel in the area but never followed up with the necessary details.
As a result, we have asked the guests who booked at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro to switch their reservations to the Hyatt in the area. We have also advised those who booked at Hilton locations in Chapel Hill to cancel their reservations.
