Worst hotel/staff ever

Worst hotel of all the comfort inns I have been in, very dirty, as soon as we arrived when we entered the room there was a very strong smell of dirt, sweat, grime and insects that we had to be careful of. Apparently they don't clean this hotel, they just re-make the bed with the same blankets. There was no water in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. We talked about it with the manager and he said that he couldn't do anything, we asked for our money back and he also told us that it didn't depend on him. We had to stay but we had a horrible stay, after insisting they changed our room, only to find the same problems in the new room. The breakfast, not to mention it, was also very bad. And the person in charge of hotel, a very apathetic person, who will not help you resolve anything during your stay. I was able to realize that it is a hotel where they receive homeless people in very poor hygienic conditions, I could see during my stay some there without cleaning and barefoot, so it would be absolutely necessary to have extreme cleanliness in the rooms, however this is not the case. By the way, be careful on rainy days, the water gets into the lobby and if you don't realize it in time, you will be on the floor hurt like what happened to me. It was the worst stay in my life.

Our records so back to 2004 and you have not stay at this hotel. Not to mention there are absolutely no homeless people hanging around our hotel barefoot or otherwise. I believe you were the person I spoke to who wanted to cancel the reservation and was informed we had a 24 hour cancellation policy. Instead of giving a review stating you were upset with being charged a cancellation fee, you clearly chose to make up issues in a hotel you did not stay at. This hotel does not have any of the issue you stated here. As attested by the previous reviews posted on all our sites.

The pool was too cold to even get in. Was told the manger don’t want to heat it to 88 and it was at 77 degrees when we got there. No pool towels. Microwave was disgusting and not clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was, we stayed a couple nights and on our last night there our card keys didn’t work. We had to back down and get new card keys. This also happened last time I stayed 2 nights. For some reason the card keys don’t work the next day.
