Weekend Stay
We had to keep getting room keys at least 6 times the first day bcuz they wouldn't unlock our room but the staff was amazing except the front desk clerk the night shift on our first night, she was very rude, but the cleaning staff was so nice and helpful with anything we needed kudos to them! The shower wouldn't work the next morning, kept flooding in the tub but front desk clerk switched us to next room so that was great. Overall it was a nice stay.

Check in was smooth
The lady at the front desk made check in smooth and welcoming. I was not wanting to stay because the last time the guy at the desk was rude to me and the other guest behind me. This time the lady at the desk was amazing. Room was very clean and it was quiet.

Worst Hotel ever.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. No clue how to check customers in. No free breakfast. TV's kept buffering and pixelating and they had no idea how to fix the problem. Their vending coolers did not work. The only good thing about the hotel at all was the area it was in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Jersey Mikes, Mcdonalds all connected in the same parking lot. Free App coupons for Texas Roadhouse.

Not as advertised!
No free breakfast as promised. No elevator in building. Double-booked rooms. Will not stat here again.
We called and booked our reservation, asked about the breakfast offerings which sounded great. Showed up a month later for our reservation and no free breakfast, just options you can purchase. When we asked about a credit as we had planned the cost of the room included breakfast they declined and said that their website says no breakfast. However, the website clearly still says free breakfast. It only now apologizes for their construction, but no mention of no breakfast.
Our room was on the second floor, when looking for the elevator, the front desk advised us the building didn't have one. Had to haul some very heavy luggage up/down the stairs. We were never asked when booking if a handicap accessible room was required.
They double booked rooms and called one of our traveling families at 9pm (as we were headed there for the night) and advised them that they gave their room away because they double booked! What! Apparently they had multiple families double booked into the same rooms and they were giving the same room with key card to different families so that other people were walking into occupied rooms! Disappointed with our stay to say the least.

Midwinter 2 night stay—
Pros— location. Easy on and off highway. Plenty of parking ( even for our moving truck). Walking distance to multiple restaurants and Kwik Trip. Comfortable beds, clean room, plenty of towels. Spa and pool were warm, clean and wonderful.
Cons— breakfast area under construction( surprise!), so unavailable for our trip. Check in staff was not friendly. Did not warn us that there was no breakfast available, key cards did not work and needed reprogramming every day.
Overall fine for a 2 night “ working” trip but nothing special
