We stay at this drury every time we are in San Antonio. The rooms are clean, the food and drinks are the best. The customer service is top notch .

A lot of construction around the hotel. You can hear the machinery through out the night but that’s not the hotels fault just fyi might not be quiet for a while until construction is done. Other than than that stay was good.

Cleanliness is top priority for us. Very clean and eco conscious at the same time. This Drury was extremely busy. The staff were all professional and friendly, while being efficient and patient. The nice little things they did for the guest make a lasting impression and sure way of guests wanting to only stay at a Drury.

elevator issues

elevator issues!! do not stay here if you are impatient. out of 3 elevators only 2, sometimes even only 1 was working. 10-15 minute wait for it to stop at your floor, 50% of the time it was at capacity so we had to wait for the next one. always a line of people waiting. longer wait during breakfast and check out. guest whose rooms where on the construction side had noise complaints. also construction going on all around so traffic is horrible atm.

The highway construction right next to hotel was very loud and went on during late night hours. Not the hotel’s fault but a heads up would have been nice. Also the elevators were slow and need to have more of them. The good thing was having a covered parking garage.
