Great & Clean Hotel Experience A+ for price range

Best hotel in this process range we have stayed at in a couple of years. We travel a lot.
Room: We had a Double Queen on third floor. very clean ( A+) cleanest we have seen in years. (A+ )Comfortable bed, (A+ )air and temp control was perfect.
( A )Shower and bathroom very clean, great shower pressure and wide stream shower head, great temperature control. toilet was slightly hard to flush had to hold it down. Has large bottled Dove shampoo, soap.
Usual desk, tv. Coffeemaker, desk, blow dryer, iron, Has microwave and refrigerator that were clean and worked good.
Service & staff: (A+)very friendly, attentive and helpful.didn’t see a single one on their phones.
Breakfast: (A-) pretty good overall for an included buffet. A lot of options hot and cold and even have a pancake maker. Gave a slightly lower mark because the hot food was actually only slightly lukewarm and the tables, areas could have been kept cleaner in between patrons. Coffee was so so but again- Free.
Other notes:
They share an outdoor pool with an adjacent hotel. Winter so we did not use.
Tmobile- had great service
Location:Area can met all your needs within a Mile, most within walking distance. Even an urgent care next door.
Small business center- open floor in lobby area
Parking lot is patrolled by police regularly we saw them many times even with as little as we were actually there.
Safe good area. Parking lot had cameras.

Really nice place if the pool wasn't cold!

We booked this place for 3 nights because it had a pool. I specifically asked when we arrived if the pool was warm because the previous hotel we were at told us it was and it wasn't. She said she's had no complaints So we settled into the very nice room and put on our swimwear and headed to the indoor pool. Nope, pool is unheated and cold. Go to front desk and she says we can go over to the Hilton and use their pool‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️. We booked here for the pool!! We don't want to get in the car and drive to another hotel.
Went to the Hilton the next morning to check about their pool and to see about a room there. She said they never let anyone from another hotel use their pool! So what happened there? Total misinformation.

It was very pleasant except for an overpowering smell of “pot”. It was from one group of guests that were in a room near ours and the hallway reeked and it even went through the vents! Even the lobby had the odor after they checked in.

Average stay

Stayed here recently on our way home to NY from Florida, waited quite some time at the front desk to check in, (I get people need breaks for several reasons, but maybe put up a sign that you'll be back shortly?) parking was a bit of an issue, or lack of parking I should say. They own the adjacent lot that was a Clarion? that part of the parking lot is sketchy at night. Room appeared clean, beds comfy, despite that was unable to get much sleep due to the large party of kids running up and down the hallways until well after 11pm, then woke up before 5am to what sounded like the building falling apart above us. So while the noise isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel there should definitely be some guidelines just for nothing more than maybe having some consideration for other people staying at the hotel? No hot water in the morning for a shower so a cold one it was. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. As a family who travels multiple times a year through this area we will just drive the further distance and stay in Winchester from here on out.

Carpet in the room was stained and I was not comfortable walking on it unless I wore shoes. Mattress on the bed needed replacement. It was not comfortable. The parking lot was not completely snow plowed and we had to hunt for a place to park where we could exit the car without slipping on snow or ice.
