Staff very friendly, food delicious, very good location.
If I have to recommend to spend a night at the hotel, no way find a better place to stay.

Good for a one night trip to SU for Football game. Needs some TLC.
Pros:
Location - Close to SU. Easy to get there and back walking. Note it’s uphill there but a nice downhill walk back.
Price. Was the cheapest major hotel chain hotel by $100.
Front Desk: Had two experiences with the front desk. Second time was really good. Had an issue with our room category being oversold. Staff found a solution that was great.
Cons:
Old: This place is well past its best before date. Needs a full reno and clean. Old wall mounted AC units could wake the dead. They do work really well though. Temperature was nice and cool.
Cleanliness: Not the cleanest hotel. Some of this is due to age. Can’t get an old carpet to look clean. When at front desk another guest was complaining about their dirty shower.
Loud: the walls are literally paper thin. Could hear everything in hallway and in other rooms. They use the sink, you hear it. Toilet flush upstairs or next door? You’ll be in the know.
Overall the place was good for one night. If you are expecting fresh and modern, this isn’t the place.

Go some place else
Food? Don’t bother, service is shocking. Ordered steak, it was full of gristle & fat. Manager said he was not going to waste another steak on us?!? Said Ribeye is meant to be fatty!!
Would not refund the steak either. Manager was rude.
Staff cannot cope behind the bar… very slow for such a small bar (comment from an experienced bar person/waitress in the past).
