Everyone was very accomodating with a very busy weekend. Never felt rushed. Breakfast was nicely stocked and very clean.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Reservation Canceled Upon Arrival

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked a room **two months in advance** to attend a music festival in Raleigh. I drove all the way from **Charlotte**, excited for the weekend, only to arrive and be told **my reservation had been canceled**—on the **same day** of check-in. No notice. No explanation. No room.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told by **employee Gee**, who was incredibly **rude and unhelpful**, that **there was no manager or supervisor on site**. He later admitted that **Alyssa Hunter**, the supervisor, **canceled my reservation to give it to someone else who paid more**. That is not only unethical—it’s disgusting customer service.
I was kept on hold for **over an hour** when trying to reach customer service, and no one offered any solution. No assistance, no apology, no compensation. I ended up **having to turn around and drive back to Charlotte**, completely missing the festival because all other hotels has been booked. I would not recommend; definitely not the Marriott way.

Awful!!!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in them for two years for work. Staff doesn’t like to work (clean the rooms) then if you say something to front desk they give you an attitude and don’t care. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Don’t waste your money!

Fairly new very good 3-star hotel. Housekeeping is done every other day, which seems to be what hotel chains are pushing to save money at the expense of customer service. No safes in the rooms. Only complaint is that lighting in room was very dim. With today's energy efficient LED bulbs, no room should look like it's lit by candlelight. Rooms should have bright lighting available.

We changed hotels to Fairfield due to issues at our prior reservation. This hotel was a complete 180 from the other hotel. I typically stay at Fairfield’s and I learned my lesson and will continue from here on out.
