Nothing like advertised, disappointing.

Nothing like advertised. Not clean!!! Bedding has holes and stains. Carpet randomly discolored. Our bathroom was wiped down not cleaned. Pool area dusty and dirty, jacuzzi and pool bathroom out of order- looks under construction but no work done. Pool towels had to ask for and was given old crusty towels and bathmats. Breakfast worst we have experienced- Make your own waffles, two adult cereals, warm OJ, fruit cup sitting on an ice pack, oatmeal packets with no hot water and coffee. Underwhelming in every way.

There’s no elevator. Desk clerk said Expedia didn’t pass along request for required handicapped accommodations. But he kindly found us a room on 1st floor.

Great place. Lot's of places to eat within walking distance. Good place for a "base camp' for daily site seeing excursions.
