Good value for money. Room was small but comfortable and very quiet. Location is excellent in the old quarter near the lake.

Hotel was in bad condition, the rooms was old and not updated. Extremely moisture condition making the stay uncomfortable.

The hotel was quite good, it has a super nice view and the location is very convenient in the hoam kiem lake area.
The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is really good with good on demand options but the breakfast room is tiny (you may need to wait for a little).

Great place in Hanoi old quarter. Close to numerous restaurants and stores. Short walk to the lake. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I spent 7 nights in north Vietnam during our honeymoon. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and 3 nights in-between to explore Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The staff helped us plan the trip, which made it so stress-free. I communicated with the staff over WhatsApp, and they understood enough English to make everything feel easy. They’re extremely accommodating and kind. I would recommend staying here if you’re in Hanoi. It’s very walkable to the night market and tons of tour agencies.
