Islamabad International Airport is Islamabad’s primary airport located around 20 km from the city. The airport opened in May 2018 to replace the now unused Benzir Bhutto International Airport. Once you have arrived at the airport, the easiest way to travel into the city is to hail a taxi just outside of the terminal. Car rental is also an option. While you are at the airport you will find all of the facilities you would need, with plenty more scheduled to open up in the future as the airport is relatively new. There are plenty of eating and drinking spots around the airport including 24-hour options, while you can also do some duty-free shopping to pick up some cheap goods.

Airport Information - Departing

Abu Dhabi International Airport is located roughly 30 km from the center of Dubai and ranks as the second busiest airport in the UAE. The cheapest way to reach the airport if you don’t want to pay for a taxi is to use one of the public bus services, while short- and long-term parking can be found at the airport if you are driving yourself. You can browse through a huge range of retail, luxury and duty-free stores at the airport to pass the time, while hungry passengers will be very happy with the wide selection of restaurants, cafés and eateries on offer.
