King Khalid International Airport is Riyadh’s main airport situated around 35 km from the city center. The airport has three main passenger terminals as well as a VIP terminal and a Hajj terminal alongside two other unused terminals. If you plan on driving yourself to the airport, extensive short- and long-term parking facilities are available as public transport to the airport is lacking. The airport itself offers everything you would need for a pleasant experience including several eateries, fast food outlets and cafés as well as duty-free shopping and a range of fashion and designer stores.
